This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, and how our A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging program operates in compliance with U.S. carrier guidelines and applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Short version: We only text you if you opt in. We never share your number. You can stop at any time by replying STOP.

5. Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your stage in the onboarding or service process. You will not receive unsolicited promotional blasts.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan and any applicable fees.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of SMS communications from PTS AI at any time using any of the following methods:

Reply STOP to any message — you will be unsubscribed immediately and receive a one-time confirmation. No further messages will be sent.

Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance and support contact information.

After opting out via STOP, you will no longer receive SMS communications from PTS AI. We may still contact you via email or phone if you have separately consented to those channels.

PTS AI does not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — under any circumstances.

We may share your data only with service providers that assist us in delivering SMS messages (e.g., telecommunications carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon; and our messaging platform provider, Twilio). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

All SMS messages sent by PTS AI use A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person, 10-Digit Long Code) numbers registered and verified with U.S. telecommunications carriers through The Campaign Registry (TCR). This registration:
